From the first coffee date with Melissa & Andrew I could tell that we would have a great connection and relationship.  Which is key to capturing the day at ease and just as the bride & groom vision it.  I imagine that my wedding will resemble theirs in that it is important to have fun and be able to relax at different moments throughout the day.  In Cole Harbour the day began at Kara's Urban Spa where the bridal party did their hair & make up, such a great spot, personnel and space were so inviting.  It was actually a very chill environment for me to get to know the brides maids and them to get to know me.  From there I met up with the groomsmen and if I ever got lost, well, it was the house with a groom balloon on the front lawn.  The guys were all business, but knew when I was there, time to add the finishing touches...scotch please! 

Back at the brides getting ready place, Anne Boucher's home, welcomed me and I could not have been more impressed with her cake!  A family friend with some superwoman talents right there!  The time started to speed up a little at this point, and the ladies looked gorgeous.  Ready for the beach?  Heading to Rainbow Haven, I secured a piece if the boardwalk just for us (and the random passer-by) to have their first look.  I melted, the energy was intense and their first look was the best.  How can a first look NOT be the most beautiful part of their day.  The moment carried us to the beach for some fun and sand.  We found a crab that was the perfect little prop to pose with the rings, I was pretty sure I could run faster than him if he had any mischievous ideas.

The limo was waiting and it was time to visit The Citadel to see the set up and take a little break before the guests arrive.  Another brilliant sunny day to light the barracks and a beautiful ceremony.  It was very cozy and a perfect location for Melissa & Andrew to celebrate.  You can imagine every one is anxious and patiently waiting to wish the couple their best but first a line dance!  My first time at the Citadel for a wedding and I was blown away!
