I always loved the lush manicured look of a golf course. That is what lured me in to work for one for 4 years while in university. Clean air and fresh grass, could not beat it in the summer time. Ashburn Golf Club is no exception to the pristine landscapes and inviting clubhouse. All day the weather toyed with us, rain or no rain, rain or no rain...... so we had to think on our feet! With a first look planned, we needed to act quick before the rain came. On the Halifax Waterfront we zipped down and let the love birds see each other for the first time on their wedding day. Such a truly precious moment. But we didn't have long before we jetted to the Via Rail Station to take cover and what the hey, lets take the photos here! Spontaneous and fleeting, the day was quickly flying by. In no time the humidity was more than we could take and a cold drink & break was the only thing on our minds. With the rain just at bay and then back again, we headed to the church. What a gorgeous church and pleasant minister. Jennifer & Joey, young and with a young family, joined by their closest friends and family in celebration. Back at the clubhouse, they had a selection of h'ors d'ouvres and a vibrant crowd of friends that kept the dance floor full all night long.
